St. Innocent's Academy Visits Santa Rosa
They arrived in two buses a truck and a trailer. one of the buses was converted to run on vegetable oil
It is always wonderful and exciting when St. Innocent's Academy comes to visit and this time was no exception. Even though we were in the middle of the Young Womens Conference and "the inn was full" you can always make room when family comes. And they came prepared. They parked their buses in the field where they set up camp and pitched in to make everything run smoothly.
Sunday morning hours and liturgy were heavenly, the singing will be remembered for a long time. When their large male choir joined voices with our large chior of young women the result was heavenly. After liturgy we had a wonderful brunch with an inspiring epistle from our Dedo Vladika followed by edifying words from Fr. Michael, Fr. Paisius and Nicholas Karellos.
The Academy Choir performed for all as well as Living H2O
Sunday evening The Academy went to San Francisco where they received the same tour of St. John Maximovitch's relics that the young women did a few days before.
Pictures and discription of the young women's tour are on the Young Women's Conference page.
