Holy Dormition Orthodox Church is a parish of the Bulgarian Eastern Orthodox Diocese of the USA, Canada, and Australia.

The Bulgarian Eastern Orthodox Diocese of the USA, Canada, and Australia is an inseparable entity of the Bulgarian Orthodox Church, and one of fifteen dioceses under the jurisdiction of the Bulgarian Orthodox Church, whose clerical, judicial, and administrative power is exercised by the Holy Synod of Bulgaria.

His Holiness Patriarch Neofit of Bulgaria is the chairman of the Holy Synod of the Bulgarian Orthodox Church, in Sophia, Bulgaria.

His Eminence Metropolitan Joseph is the diocesan prelate of the Bulgarian Eastern Orthodox Diocese of the USA, Canada, and Australia.
